You can request the deletion of your Theta account and all associated data.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
How to delete your account
From the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts.
Via email: Send a deletion request to the email below. Include the email address associated with your account.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Any residual copies held in our routine encrypted backups are erased as those backups are rotated, within a further 90 days.
